The essential duties and responsibilities of the** Assistant Baseball Coach **** are the following:**

• The assistant baseball Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all management aspects of the baseball team.
• The Assistant Coach must assist the Head Coach with practice, games and recruitment of players in accordance with the University and NCAA rules regulations.
• The Assistant Coach will oversee day to day operations of a group of players i.e. pitchers, position players or defense. Disclaimer:This job requisition provides a high-level job definition.
