Responsibilities

The University of Rochester is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for the Baseball Program. This is a full-time, academic-year position. Requirements include previous collegiate baseball or coaching experience, CPR and First Aid Certification, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should possess good organizational, interpersonal communication, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with the administration and leadership of the Baseball Program by providing coaching and instruction on and off the field during training and practice activities. Duties include, but are not limited to training, recruiting, team travel, strength and conditioning, practice preparation, equipment management, fundraising, alumni relations, video analysis and clinics. He/she must represent the University of Rochester and help ensure team compliance with all NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations.
