Job Description

Wentworth is seeking applicants for an Assistant Coach, Club Rowing Team.

Starting this fall semester (September 1st or earlier), the Assistant Coach will collaborate with the Head Coach to provide skill and developmental support of the team. A member of the coaching staff is required to be at all practices & games.

Key Responsibilities :

· Provide supervision and effective leadership to the rowing club sport program.

· Fosters skill development and teamwork among students.

· Promotes and upholds institute policies and procedures.

· Initiates activities in support of the sports club.

· Assists the head coach with team organization and required paperwork for the division membership.

Required Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Knowledge of skill development and team building.

· Ability to work with and develop a variety of experience and skill levels.

· Previous coaching experience is preferred, but not required.
