Job Description

Position Title: Assistant Coach, Cross Country and Track – Director of Operations

Department: XC Track and Field Men

Advertised Pay: Lower $40,000's

Campus Location:  Washburn University

Position Summary:  This position is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the general leadership of the men’s and women’s cross country/track and field teams. This position will have the primary role of Director of Operations which includes coaching, scheduling practices, conditioning, and recruiting. The employee is expected to conduct all assigned tasks in a manner that supports program compliance with NCAA, MIAA, and Washburn University policies, rules, and regulations.
