Assist Track/Cross Country coaching staff in meet preparations

Secondary Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership
Encourage and develop personal relationships with student-athletes
Encourage a holistic environment for the well-being of student-athletes
Serve as a consistent role model and resource for student-athletes
Administrative Leadership
Assist the head coach in administrative duties as needed
Assist head coach in all aspects of the recruiting process including evaluation of prospects, visit coordination, and ongoing recruiting communication (i.e. calls/texts/mailings)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree;
Collegiate playing experience;
Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes on and off of the Track/Cross Country field;
Excellent communication skills;
A commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics and Christ-centered education;
Strong organizational skills;
Competency in MSOffice computer programs
Physical Requirements
The person in this position must be able to drive/transport athletes; set up and take down Track/Cross Country equipment; and lift, move, and carry up to 25lbs.
