Assist in managing a competitive
NCAA
Division I intercollegiate women’s basketball program within the context of the educational mission of the University. Assist in the recruitment of student-athletes. Provide leadership for the program and utilize skills and knowledge to provide positive expertise in instruction and tactical aspects of women’s basketball. Demonstrate commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in related field and one to three years of experience in recruiting
NCAA
prospects and/or coaching at the intercollegiate level in the sport required. Ability to demonstrate and perform physical activities required. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to demonstrate skill techniques required. Ability to travel extensively required. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion required.
