· Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education, Coaching, Exercise Science, or a related field
· Software skills in MS Office Suite, MS Word and Excel
· Knowledge of software utilized by Play NAIA and Synergy Video.
· NAIA varsity and junior varsity college recruiting experience.
· Detailed orientated, conscientious
· Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work well with diverse populations
· Ability to present professional demeanor at all times
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Assist in the administration of the football program.
· Assist in the recruitment of student-athletes for the men’s football program
· Assist in the administration of game day.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
· Salary range starting at $32,000/annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience
