Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
Previous coaching experience in the sport of college basketball.
Prior experience in intercollegiate athletics as a player or coach preferred.
Demonstrates knowledge of professional-level concepts, applies skills over a broad scope of work and is adept at handling complex task and problems independently.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to organize and clearly document the recruitment process.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with enrolled students, administrators, alumni, and the college community.
Ability to set clear goals, prioritize work plans and monitor progress regularly with an eye for detail.
