Stanford’s Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (“DAPER”) is the premier intercollegiate athletics program in the country. We are the proud Home of Champions! We lead the nation with 139 NCAA championship titles and a legacy of sustained excellence, including multiple Women’s Capital One Cup victories, and have brought home the Learfield Director’s Cup 26 times.  We support nearly 900 student-athletes who compete on 36 intercollegiate athletics teams and also support the university’s physical education, recreation and wellness initiatives. Reporting to the Head Coach of Men’s Gymnastics, this position serves as the primary lead for program operations while providing limited, supplemental coaching support. The role is responsible for managing all logistical, administrative, and operational functions of the program, ensuring efficient day-to-day execution and full compliance with NCAA and institutional policies. This position is a fixed-term role ending on May 31, 2027. 

 

Your responsibilities include: 

Operations & Administration (Primary Focus)

  • Oversee daily operations of the men’s gymnastics program
  • Plan and execute all team and recruiting travel (transportation, lodging, meals, itineraries)
  • Manage team calendar and scheduling platforms (e.g., ARMS)
