ASSISTANT COACH, MEN'S HEAVYWEIGHT CREW , DAPER Intercollegiate Sports, will be assisting the Head Coach of Heavyweight Men’s Crew with all aspects of conducting a successful crew program, including but not limited to: recruiting, administration, weekly practice sessions, budget management, alumni stewardship, scheduling of competitions, team travel, counseling of students, and compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations. All activities to be conducted under the overall supervision of the Director of Rowing.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Five years of rowing and/or coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level; a Bachelor's degree; administrative, interpersonal/communication skills and computer skills; and appropriate certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Biohazards are required within an appropriate time of hire. PREFERRED: Proven experience in recruiting to a highly selective institution.
