This position will assist the Men's Rowing program/Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the men's rowing team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate athlete who is looking for a career in college coaching and is interested in assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of running a Division I Rowing program.

• Assist the Men’s Rowing team during practices and competitions.
• Assist with student athletes’ athletic and academic development.
• Identify and recruit prospective student athletes.
• Assist the Head Coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program, such as fundraising, operations, and logistics.
• Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, IRA and CAA rules and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Former collegiate rower or coach.

Physical Demands

• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop.

Location

• University City – Philadelphia, PA

Additional Information

This is a Part-time Temporary position classified as Exempt. The offered pay is dependent upon internal equity and the successful candidate’s competencies, education, and experience.
