Bridgewater College, a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Menâs and Womenâs Tennis Coach, to begin immediately. This is a part-time position, reporting to the Head Menâs and Womenâs Tennis Coach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Â Â Â
Assisting the head coach in all facets of a Division III tennis program
Recruiting prospective student-athletes who fit the mission and culture of the program and the College
Organizing & conducting on-court coaching during practices and games
Assist with program marketing and branding on a multitude of platforms, including social media
Providing mentoring and support for the student-athletes, particularly in regards to academics and player development
Complying with all NCAA, conference and college policies and regulations.
Â
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelorâs Degree preferred.
Prior collegiate coaching experience and/or competitive collegiate playing experience required.
Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Must possess a valid driverâs license and be insurable by the collegeâs auto insurance carrierÂ

Located in the scenic Shenandoah Valley, just minutes outside of Harrisonburg and within driving distance of Charlottesville, Washington D.C., and Richmond, Bridgewater is home to a total student body of approximately 1,450 from 27 states and 19 countries. Bridgewater students study more than 60 majors and minors, in addition to four graduate programs and 10 pre-professional programs.
