Williams Men's Basketball is steeped in tradition and excellence, having appeared in the Division III NCAA Tournament 20 times, including 6 of the last 8 seasons. The program has advanced to 8 Final Fours, 2 Elite Eights, 4 Sweet 16s and won the NESCAC tournament 5 times. Our program is committed to helping our team achieve its highest potential while focusing on the holistic development of the student-athletes in a competitive and positive environment. Williams College invites applicants for a 2nd assistant coaching position with the Men’s Basketball program. The salary for this position is $16,888 and includes a full meal plan. This is a full-time, 20-week position, with the possibility of additional summer recruitment days.

This position reports directly to the head coach.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the head coach in practice and game planning and execution 

  • Individual skill development

  • Film Breakdown and Analysis

  • Seasonal recruitment of Student-Athletes 

  • Assist with planning team travel 

  • On-Campus visit development

  • Social Media management
