Job Summary:
The assistant coach for the Ohio Northern University Men’s Lacrosse Program assists in all aspects of the administration and operation of a nationally competitive athletic program.
Scope:
Support the Athletic Department by serving as a part-time Assistant Lacrosse Coach.
Principal Responsibilities
Recruiting
Film Breakdown and Analysis
Coach/teach student-athletes in-game/on-field strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition.
Required Skills:
Candidates must have the communication skills and cross-cultural ability to maximize their effectiveness with diverse groups of students, colleagues, and community members.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience at the Collegiate level or above in the sport of men’s lacrosse
Competitive playing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strength and Conditioning Certification from a nationally recognized certification program
