ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE IN RELEVANT FIELD PLUS A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR OF COLLEGIATE PLAYING AND/OR HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGIATE COACHING EXPERIENCE OR A COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE EQUIVALENT TO A MINIMUM OF 2 TO 3 YEARS OF HEAD COACHING EXPERIENCE.
