Job Description

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Christian employees for this position.

Responsibilities: Assists in the design, implementation and evaluation of the football program. Performs all related administrative duties as assigned, to include recruiting, travel, resource management and media communications.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be an active and committed Christian who will support the University’s mission and who will be an active participant in their local church. 2. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. 3. Experience teaching football in an educational setting is preferred. 4. Proficiency in NCAA and ASC rules and regulations is required. 5. Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. 6. Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required. 7. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills. 8. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable by UMHB auto insurance carrier. 9. Must agree to the University's Employee Statement of Understanding.
