Job Duties
Assists in field instruction and coaching in soccer skill development and strategy. Off the field, a daily responsibility to staying on top of office duties, emails, and recruitment follow-ups.
Assist in the operation of team logistics related to team travel, team meals, and equipment.
Participates in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical data of opponent teams.
Assists in designing game plans and strategies.
Counsels team members in academic, disciplinary and personal matters.
Studies, evaluates, and recommends innovations in soccer strategy and equipment.
Recommends individuals for soccer scholarships.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Rules Compliance is a central element in personnel matters for employees within the Department of Athletics and for those employees outside the Department of Athletics who are involved in NCAA rules compliance activities. These individuals must comply with all NCAA rules on compliance and will be evaluated on that basis.
