• Conduct sound fiscal management, and participate in fundraising activities supporting the program
• Ensure a quality student-athlete experience through community engagement, campus involvement, and competitive achievement
• Monitor academic and disciplinary standing of student-athletes

• Ensure a quality student-athlete experience through community engagement, campus involvement, and competitive achievement
• Monitor academic and disciplinary standing of student-athletes
• Establish positive relationships with support staff
• Assist in planning as well as participate in softball camps and clinics
• Represent the softball program as designated by the head coach
• · Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Valid driver’s license and be able to drive vehicles per board policy
• Ability to drive up to 15-passenger van/bus

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• One or more years of experience coaching softball
• Experience at the NCAA level

Compensation

The salary for this part-time (.638 FTE) position is $20,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
