The Assistant Strength Coach will develop and implement athletes physical profile, assist with the daily weight room operations and assist with student-athlete accountability and follow-up as directed by the sport specific supervisor.
Other duties include assisting with daily speed, agility and quickness workouts for student-athletes; implement daily supplement program for student-athletes; and ensure that the strength and conditioning facility is in proper working order at all times; and responsible for seeking any weight room repair and maintenance.
This position must ensure proper licensures maintained through either the
CSCCA
(Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association) or the
NSCA
(National Strength & Conditioning Association). Appropriate licensures would include
SCCC

MSCC
, or
CSCS
.
The Assistant Strength Coach must comply with
NCAA

and University rules and policies.
