The opportunity:

As a member of the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, & Recreation, the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will assist the Director of Sports Performance with all facets of the program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to designing and instructing comprehensive and/or sport-specific strength and conditioning programs, ensuring facility and equipment maintenance, and teaching Physical Education courses as assigned.

The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will support the mission and values of the college and the department, and must adhere to all institutional, Centennial Conference, and NCAA policies. This position requires working collaboratively and communicating effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and staff. Prioritization of student health, safety, and well-being is essential.

The Assistant Coach may also have other essential responsibilities within the Department, based on Departmental needs and/or the candidate’s skills and experiences, as assigned by the Director of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation, and/or Athletics Administration. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
