Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Coaching & Player Development
Assist with planning and conducting practices, individual training sessions, and match preparation.
Provide technical instruction, tactical guidance, and performance feedback to student-athletes.
Support match-day coaching, including lineup decisions and match analysis.

Assist with planning and conducting practices, individual training sessions, and match preparation.

Support match-day coaching, including lineup decisions and match analysis.
Promote physical conditioning, mental toughness, sportsmanship, and team culture .
Operations and Support
Assist with organizing team meetings, community engagement, and fundraising activities.
Represent the tennis program in a professional manner at competitions and campus events.
Transport players to select practices and off-campus matches.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s & Women’s Tennis Coach.
Qualifications
Compensation:
The rate for this position is $17 per hour. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
