Assistant Coach, Track & Field

Northwestern College is looking for a passionate, experienced coach to assist the men’s and women’s track & field programs for the 2024-25 season and beyond. This is a full-time, 10-month position (August – May). The qualified applicant will assist with recruiting, along with developing and overseeing workouts for our sprints crew. The qualified applicant will also work alongside other members of the coaching staff to ensure our athletes receive the instruction needed to succeed in their given events during the track & field seasons.

A coaching certification is required. Applicants with college coaching experience are preferred. Excellent communication, relationship building, critiquing and motivation skills are desirable.
