Job Description

 

The University of Missouri Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach to support the development, training, and performance of the Mizzou Volleyball program. Reporting to the Head Volleyball Coach, this position will play a key role in on-court coaching, player development, recruiting, and game strategy. The assistant coach will work closely with student-athletes, other coaches, athletic staff, and support personnel to enhance team success and ensure compliance with NCAA and SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Coaching and Player Development (40%)

•    Assist in planning and conducting practices that develop individual and team skills, conditioning, and tactical knowledge.
•    Provide position-specific instruction to student-athletes, including technical and strategic guidance.
