The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Head Coach for Women’s Golf meets the following criteria:
Three+ years coaching experience at the college level preferably in Division I or equivalent playing experience.
Bachelor’s Degree
Complete understanding of conference, MPSF and NCAA rules and regulations.
This position requires a high level of physical activity in the instruction of skills and requires the person to have a high skill level in women’s golf techniques.
Administrative skills including interpersonal relations are essential to the job.
