The University of Arizona invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach, Women’s Golf. The position reports to the Head Coach, Women’s Golf and acts within the rules and regulations of the University, Conference, and NCAA.

Arizona Women's Golf has a storied legacy of championships, the best home facility in college golf in the William M. "Bill" Clements Golf Center, and the support of an incredible golf community in Tucson.
This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition and recruiting.

Assist the Head Coach in recruiting high-level student-athletes.
Able to run effective team and individual practices.
Demonstrate competency in player development.
Supervise and direct student-manager(s).
Oversee all team travel.
Assist with tournament operations.
Assist with scheduling of practices and games.
Assist with Academic Monitoring.
Supervise team and individual practice.
Adhere to allNCAAand Conference rules.
Participate in community events and outreach.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Competitive playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level.
Coaching experience at the collegiate level or junior level; or professional tour playing experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy .
Experience in running golf tournaments.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
