Committed coach to assist with the buildout of the volleyball program with the coaching staff.

Examples of Duties

• Tracking inventory and ordering of program equipment for Varsity and JV teams
• Assist with attracting and retaining student athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards
• Assist with maintaining equipment and materials, including setup and tear down with scheduled events
• Assist with practice and game planning execution and logistics
• Assist with social media for promoting the teams, athletes and events
• Assisting coaches with games and practices for fall and spring seasons
• Will work with the Head Coach, Women’s Volleyball and the JV Head Coach
  to implement:
• Daily practice plans
• Statistical analysis to measure development of players and input data for
  tracking individual awards

• Assist with social media for promoting the teams, athletes and events
• Assisting coaches with games and practices for fall and spring seasons
• Will work with the Head Coach, Women’s Volleyball and the JV Head Coach
  to implement:
• Daily practice plans
• Statistical analysis to measure development of players and input data for
  tracking individual awards
• Assisting in building a championship culture for the indoor volleyball program
• Assisting with team travel logistics
• Assist with player mentorship
• Work with the coaching staff to build a family-oriented culture of
  accountability, adaptability, gratitude, and transparency, where failing forward
  encouraged
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Associate or Bachelors

Safe Sport Certification, Impact Sport Certified

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of coaching at club, high school, and/or college level
