Assist the head coach in operations, practices, game day duties and game management, and recruiting including tournaments that require travel. The assistant coach will contribute and help to shape and grow a positive culture of excellence on and off campus.

Examples of Duties

Assist head coach with scheduling and planning practices, including securing facilities, communicating to student athletes, practice set up and running practice activities.
Player development – help develop player skills, work ethic, and promote healthy team chemistry and individual character in practices, games, and team activities
Assist head coach in scheduling and booking games, travel, umpires, meals, etc.
Complete administrative tasks such as TER & TAR forms, organize and submit receipts, etc.
Assist with fundraising, team events, clinics, prospect days, and community outreach.
Assist with recruiting including contacting players, updating recruiting board, help with tours/visits, attend camps/recruiting events

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of coaching experience
