The Assistant Coach for Women’s Lacrosse assists the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the women’s lacrosse program at Cornell University. The candidate is expected to assist the head coach in the day-to-day administration of a Division I intercollegiate women’s lacrosse program. Duties include, but are not limited to: budgeting, equipment ordering, compliance paperwork, video editing, practice planning and game preparation, on field player instruction, leadership development, scouting, alumni communication, team travel, and camps and clinics. Candidate will identify, encourage and evaluate prospective student athletes and help facilitate application and acceptance at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies. This position will play a key role in the development of our program’s culture and identity as we strive for Ivy League titles and National Championships.
