Student and Campus Life (SCL) inspires transformation in all Cornell students on their journey of individual, academic and personal evolution. Our division is comprised of leading student affairs experts who support our campus on pressing student life matters including public service, health, wellness, social justice, residential living, food services, sports, recreation, career services, and student activities and organizations including sorority and fraternity life. The Assistant Coach for Women’s Lacrosse assists the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the women’s lacrosse program at Cornell University. The candidate is expected to assist the head coach in the day-to-day administration of a Division I intercollegiate women’s lacrosse program. Duties include, but are not limited to: budgeting, equipment ordering, compliance paperwork, video editing, practice planning and game preparation, on field player instruction, leadership development, scouting, alumni communication, team travel, and camps and clinics. Candidate will identify, encourage and evaluate prospective student athletes and help facilitate application and acceptance at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies. This position will play a key role in the development of our program’s culture and identity as we strive for Ivy League titles and National Championships.

This is an 11-months per year, full-time position. Starting salary range is $60,000-$68,000 for this position; final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
