Job Title:        Assistant Coach for Women’s Soccer          

Reports To:    ** Head Women’s Soccer Coach and/or the Director of Athletics *** *

Status:            Non-Exempt** , Part Time**

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Management, training, and organization of the college’s women’s soccer program
2. Have a fundamental understanding of the college student-athlete experience
3. Assist in running and planning daily practices
4. Assist in recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes
5. Compliance and knowledge of NCAA, Skyline Conference, college’s rules and regulations

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Competitive soccer experience, ideally at the college level. 
3. New York State licensure or eligibility
4. Excellent organizational, verbal, written and communication skills
5. Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, with a high standard of personal conduct and integrity
6. Ability to work independently

Work authorization/security clearance requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States. MSMC does not sponsor employment visas at this time.
