Description

This position is responsible for supporting all phases of the Women's Soccer Program as assigned by the Head Coach. 

Responsibilities:

•    Recruitment of quality student/ athletes
•    Organizes and directs practice and game activities
•    Game preparation and strategy
•    Scheduling
•    Organizing camps and clinics
•    Oversee and monitor the Women's Soccer social media platforms
•    Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in a related field
•    Previous coaching experience required ( collegiate experience preferred)
•    Collegiate playing experience preferred

Required Skills 

•    Experience in demonstrating strong coaching skills
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Act as a mentor and role model to youth
•    Ability to keep accurate records and stats
•    IT skills: PC/laptop, Word, Excel, E-mail
