The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach is a full-time, 12-month position responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Women's Soccer program. The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach provides effective leadership, recruitment, coaching and monitoring of student-athletes to encourage successful academic and team performance.
In collaboration with the Head Women's Soccer Coach, the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach will be charged with assisting the UMBC Women's Soccer team and is expected to identify, evaluate and recruit players that can be successful athletically, academically, and socially in a Division I environment.
UMBC offers competitive compensation. This role starts at $51,000 and has over 4 weeks of vacation for regular full time roles. Tuition remission is also available.

Salary: $51,000 - $57,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
