Job Title: Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach
Department: Athletics
Reports To: Athletic Director and Head Women’s Coach
Location: On-site FLSA Status: Exempt

Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee Graduate Assistant for Women’s Soccer and oversee a combined roster of 26+ players every year.
Summary Description: Assist directing all aspects of Women’s soccer program. These duties include the following: Development and maintenance of an effective and competitive NCAA Division II Women’s soccer program. The recruitment and retention of quality student athletes. The ongoing development of the student athletes. Help to plan daily practice sessions, Video analysis , individual training, and providing for the health, safety, and academic progress of the student athletes involved in the program.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. USSF Coaching License
Experience: Collegiate coaching experience preferred, specifically working with goalkeepers
Required Skills: Organizational skills, computer skills, soccer knowledgeable, supervisory skills
