POSITION: Assistant Coach – Women’s Soccer (PT)
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is required. The incumbent must have demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and a commitment to the academic development of student-athletes. Must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, capable of making independent decisions, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Creativity and innovation are also valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications, is required. A solid understanding of competition and safety regulations is necessary. The candidate must consistently represent the University in a professional manner and demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Must demonstrate respect for others in the workplace and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees.

Hours of Employment: Primarily evening hours; however, the incumbent must be flexible enough with their hours to meet the needs of the department and the University. Some weekends and travel may be required.
