Quinnipiac University's Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer to assist in program management including coaching, administration, recruitment and coordination of a collegiate Women’s Soccer program.

Assist the Head Coach with daily/weekly/seasonal practice planning
Assist the Head Coach with home and away game management – book travel, book hotels, book meals, etc.
Other duties, as assigned
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
Experience may substitute for some of the above education qualifications
2-3 year of experience in coaching or playing soccer, preferably at a collegiate level
Soccer skills
Effective oral and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
Proficient in Social Media content
Proficient in Game Analysis and Video Analysis
Commitment to US Soccer Coaching Pathway (D License to A License)
Ability to manage a 2-3 hour practice
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work nights and weekends
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
