Under the direction of the Head Coach, Women’s Soccer will assist in all soccer functions including the development and implementation of on-field sessions, both on and off campus recruitment of future prospective student-athletes, gameday operations. The Assistant Coach has responsibility for compliance with all Conference and NCAA rules and represents La Salle University to the program’s various internal and external constituents. The Assistant Coach has an integral role in providing a positive experience for each student-athlete and is expected to support La Salle University’s educational philosophy and the goals of the Athletic Department as a loyal, energetic, and highly visible University representative.

- Assist with the planning and execution of our teams’ on-field sessions. - Assist with both on and off campus recruitment of future prospective student-athletes. - Assist with gameday operations (organize pre/post game meals for team; assist coaching staff with video upload/downloads) - Assist in preparation of various opponent scouting and team video analysis meetings. - Maintain compliance with NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference and La Salle University institutional regulations and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree - Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to NCAA and member conference rules and regulations. - Demonstrated self-direction and motivation with the ability to work independently and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Valid driver’s license - Successful background check clearances including, but not limited to a PA Criminal Records Check, FBI Fingerprinting Check and a PA Child Abuse Clearance Check. - Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University. | | Preferred Qualifications |
Coaching and/or playing experience at a collegiate or professional level. | | Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours |
Must be able to flexible hours including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
