Assistant Coach (Women's Varsity Reserve Basketball)
Apply NowAnalyzes performance and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Recruit student athletes. Observes players while they perform to determine need for individual or team improvement. Coach players individually or in groups, demonstrating techniques.

Bachelor’s degree plus coaching experience. Must have knowledge of
NCAA
or
NAIA
(as applicable) rules and regulations.
Master’s degree preferred. Should have the ability to work in an environment where the education, welfare, and graduation of student-athletes receive primary emphasis and be able to work effectively with a diverse student population, many of whom are first generation college students. Prior playing experience is preferred. Strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills strongly preferred.
