Apply NowThe women’s lacrosse assistant coach supports the head coach of women’s lacrosse in leading the program.
In that support role, the assistant coach is responsible for helping to operate a women’s lacrosse program for student - athletes, with differing abilities and skills, and serves as a role model to student athletes.
The successful candidate must be able to:

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous college coaching experience
Skills, Characteristics Required for Position:
Ability to establish appropriate and effective mentoring relationships with student-
athletes.
Ability to be a supportive team player within the Department of Athletics and
Emory & Henry College.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
A working knowledge of recruiting and compliance software.
Demonstrated commitment to continued learning/professional development (i.e.,
attend conferences, clinics, workshops).
