competes in The Summit League for all sports except football (Missouri Valley Football Conference), wrestling (Big
XII
Conference), and women’s equestrian (National Collegiate Equestrian Association). This is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position.

The responsibilities of this position involve assisting in all aspects of maintaining a successful
NCAA
Division I wrestling program.

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Bachelor’s degree completed by start date.
At least one year of collegiate wrestling coaching experience, successful intercollegiate competition; graduate assistant, or club coaching experience – any combination of the following will be considered.
Commitment to promote an atmosphere of compliance and adherence to institutional, conference, and
NCAA
rules and regulations.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Division I experience;
Demonstrated ability to recruit student-athletes;
Understanding of
NCAA
Division I rules and regulations; and
Compliance, academic and fundraising knowledge.
