Assist the head coach in all aspects related to recruiting, selecting, and retaining a minimum of 20-30 team members that reflect the profile of Wheaton College students

Assist the head coach in practice planning and conducting to prepare team for competition
Travel with team

Assist the head coach in providing Christian discipleship to current student-athletes
Encourage and develop personal relationships with student-athletes
Encourage a holistic environment for the well-being of student-athletes
Administrative Leadership
Assist the head coach in administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Collegiate wrestling experience
Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes on and off of the mat
Excellent communication skills
A commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics and Christ-centered education
Physical Requirements
The person in this position must be able to drive/transport athletes; set up and take down wrestling equipment; and the ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50lbs.
