JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Coaches, Women’s Soccer for Chicago, IL location. Provide instruction to student soccer athletes, including practice sessions, classroom teaching, and video analysis/feedback of student athlete performance. Assist in coordinating the education, evaluation, recruitment, preparation and development of all student-athletes.  Operate camps and clinics to provide instruction in fundamental soccer skills. Assist in monitoring and encouraging the scholastic progress of student-athletes to promote academic success. Establish and maintain quality relationships with alumni and support organizations and assist with public relations and promotional activities for the women’s soccer program. Understand and teach all NCAA rules, policies and procedures pertaining to women’s soccer to ensure team adherence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, or related field. 40% travel required.
