Maine Maritime is seeking an Assistant Cross Country Coach. This is a temporary, academic year position
under the supervision of the program’s head coach. Assistant coaches are involved all facets of the
profession, including, but not limited to recruiting, game planning, conducting practices/drills and one-
on-one workouts, and operations. Appointments are for one academic year and include an hourly wage
of $14.15/hour. Appointments may be renewed for successive years.

• Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communications, presentation skills, personal

demeanor, judgment, and diplomacy)

Maine Maritime Academy is a public, co-educational college located in the coastal town of Castine,
