DUTIES: Responsible for the management of the new Athletic & Human Performance Air Dome athletic facility including:
Discipleship
Excellence
Administrative Effectiveness
Planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating all activities for general operations and event management on Dome related activities for intercollegiate games, campus user events and rental events including, but not limited to:
Responsible for the preparation of bid materials and budgets for the conference and NCAA post-season playoffs, tournaments, etc.
Liaison with LeTourneau Facilities Management for maintenance and grounds of Air Dome facilities to include submitting, coordinating, and tracking of work orders, preventive maintenance, etc.
Liaison with Conference & Events for bringing in events to campus
Responsible to recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage the student employees for the front desk
Scheduling of all events in the Air Dome for internal users and external customers via EMS program
Ensuring compliance of safe working conditions, and safe recreational conditions, compliance with ADA, and ongoing safety training for student employees
Using the athletic facilities platform to market the department to prospective student athletes and potential donors. This is primarily accomplished by providing visually attractive, organized, and consistently clean facility
Also serve as a member of the senior staff of the athletic department
Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director of Athletics, or Vice President for Athletics
