This individual must be a dynamic leader with integrity and vision and have prior experience in college coaching, fundraising, supervision of staff, establishing relationships in the community and across campus, and academic oversight of sport programs. The individual will have the above qualifications as well as extensive experience at a NCAA Division III state school with a minimum of 5 years of faculty and head coaching experience at the Division III level. This individual will have general knowledge of Division III compliance rules and regulations. This individual will have prior experience as a chair of a university committee as well as experience with athletic branding and logos. In addition, this individual will have experience with athletic facility oversight, game day operations as well as experience with Banner, Careers, Share point and Canvas.
