Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with college marketing or marketing game day operations.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
The department is especially in candidates who have “run of show” experience as well as Olympic sports experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

This position may supervise students, volunteers, vendors, or interns.
Knowledge of Olympic sports Knowledge of Sound Director or Click Effects audio systems. Ability to run a game from start to finish. Ability to write marketing and advertising plans. Ability to write a public announcement. Ability to multi-task, and work with multiple vendors as well as University staff in regard to running the show.
Must be able to comply with all Athletic Department, University, Board of Trustees,

Job Duties

Write game day scripts and related event timelines for multiple sporting events. Regularly attend athletics-related events as required.

Write, implement and help in the creation of marketing plans for select sports to ensure game day presentations align with appropriate procedures and directives.

| Duties & Responsibilities |
Oversee content creation and execution of video board game presentations at multiple athletics venues, including but not limited to static graphics, motion graphics, and video content and the required technology to operate.

Coordinate additional events with select sports in collaboration with campus affiliates, vendors, donation requests, student interns, etc.
