Provide hands on project management services for multiple projects from conception through construction, with responsibility to meet project timelines and adherence to established budgets. Effectively communicate with project leadership, requester, vendors, contractors and stakeholders to define design expectations with regard to quality design, scope of work, on time submittal of deliverables, and project schedule and budget. Build and maintain effective relationships. Carry concepts into final design through 3D drawings, AutoCAD floorplans and implement upon approval. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience with planning, designing and coordinating facility projects; equivalent education/ experience considered. Proficient in computer programs such as Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Project Matrix, and 3D programs.
Project management and capital project experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of athletic facilities
