The level of decision making is medium high. This job will work with its supervisor, along with other units, to create the best live event production and creative video possible. This position will make decisions on contractor hiring, as well as overall production direction of live events, number of events, etc. In addition, this position will have creative input on social media, feature and hype videos.

50% Management of ESPN+ Live Event Production Elements
30% Management of the KnightVision Broadcast Slate

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will oversee the Broadcasting /Live Events internship/contractor program. Oversight includes, but not limited to, interviewing, selecting and training successful candidates for the positions below. Setting rates of pay and work hours and ultimately providing direction and guidance on day-to-day work.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
Perform duties in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Travel
Minimal travel may be expected in this position, depending on sport season. If needed, travel would include marquee events such as the Army-Navy Star Series, highly ranked opponents and/or post season events.

Pay Range
$48,000 - $52,000
