This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code §51.215, which authorizes the employer to obtain criminal history record information. Must possess a valid driver’s license issued by the State where the applicant resides and must be insurable as defined in the UT System UTS 157, as applicable to the performance of essential duties and responsibilities of the position.

Works with the Director for Marketing and Promotions to implement the marketing and promotions program for the Athletic Department.
Assist in creating and implementing the marketing and promotions program for the department.
Primarily handle marketing duties for Soccer, Men's Basketball, and Softball.
Secondary duties for Football marketing.
Create and coordinate a variety of activities which produce revenue and cultivate interest and support from university groups, local businesses, and the community as a whole, including pre- and in-game events and entertainment.
Assist the ticket sales team in organizing groups and in-game experiences.
Work with campus organizations to enhance enthusiasm for Miner Athletics.
Working knowledge of and ability to effectively supervise students and/or part-time staff.
Ability to utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Ability to utilize social media and other media types.
Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Education required: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience required: One (1) year of related experience and/or training in Marketing and Promotions; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Occasional traveling required.
