Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement for Athletics

Job Summary  
 
The Assistant Director of Athletic Alumni Engagement supports the cultivation, engagement, solicitation, and stewardship of donors and prospective donors to ETSU Athletics. Working closely with the Executive Director of the National Alumni Association, the Annual Giving team, and Advancement staff, this position helps plan and execute donor engagement events, manage relationships with supporters, and assist with annual fundraising initiatives that advance the mission and goals of ETSU Athletics.

This role is also responsible for coordinating donor benefit fulfillment, including the distribution of membership-level incentives and promotional items, and for collaborating across Alumni and Advancement teams to achieve divisional fundraising and engagement objectives.

  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events and meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a professional and ethical ambassador to diverse internal and external constituencies
