Additional details about Required Licensure/Certification An equivalent combination of work experience and high-level playing experience may be substituted at the discretion of the University. Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience required.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Work Arrangement On-Campus: Teams that work on campus, in an office, or in a lab.

Essential Functions Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual giving program for Pitt Athletics. Help lead Panther Club stewardship and benefit fulfillment initiatives. Track membership benefit utilization and return on annual donor benefits. Help annual fund team with Panther Club membership renewals, donor outreach and solicitation, and membership growth initiatives. Research and report on leads and insights on prospective annual donors. Coordinate and send thank you notes, mailings, and annual donor engagement. Assist with Panther Club signature events as needed. Assist Assistant Athletic Director, Varsity Letter Club with Forever Panther events, reunions, and communications. Assist with day to day office operations and administrative duties as needed.

Physical Effort Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
